TVS Supply Chain Solutions Ltd has announced a new deal with VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) to manage their in-plant warehousing and logistics operations in Madhya Pradesh. Under the three-year contract, TVS Supply Chain Solutions will oversee the warehousing operations at the Eicher Bus Factory of VE Commercial Vehicles located in Baggad, Madhya Pradesh.

Sukumar further expressed confidence in their capability to provide end-to-end solutions that will enhance production efficiency for their customer.

VE Commercial Vehicles has had a longstanding association with TVS Supply Chain Solutions since 2006 for managing in-plant logistics operations at their truck plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh.

B Srinivas, Executive Vice-President of VE Commercial Vehicles, emphasized the shared commitment of both companies to achieve strategic objectives and operational excellence. He noted that extending the business opportunity to TVS Supply Chain Solutions at the VECV Baggad plant further solidifies their partnership.

The in-plant logistics services at the Baggad plant include inward operations for timely receipt of parts, efficient storage and picking of parts, and ensuring a steady flow of materials to maintain production line efficiency.
