Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services Ltd will invest USD 40 million in this location to build a cutting-edge biomanufacturing facility that will employ more than 250 employees.

Telangana Minister for IT and Industries KT Rama Rao stated in a tweet that Hyderabad has an outstanding ecosystem for biologics R&D, accounting for 30-40% of total biologics capacity in India.

"I am pleased to note that this investment has strengthened Hyderabad's position as the premier location for biopharmaceutical research and production." In the tweet, he stated, "I am certain that we will continue to make major gains in supporting "Complex manufacturing at scale."

Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services is a major contract research, development, and manufacturing organization (CRO/CDMO) established in the city and a long-term partner offering end-to-end solutions.
