The strategic collaboration between Bharat Forge and Liebherr at Aero India will create facilities to cater to the needs of the overstretched global aerospace industry. Production at Pune, India-based cutting-edge manufacturing facility by Bharat Forge could begin in 2025.
The facility will feature a ring mill with advanced forging and machining technologies, producing high-precision components, including landing gear components. This investment reaffirms Bharat Forge's commitment to rendering exemplary quality solutions against the backdrop of Liebherr and its global clients.
The partnership seeks to develop aerospace manufacturing capabilities with a strong emphasis on high production standards. This has advanced this project as a successful milestone in aerospace components manufacture through Bharat Forge's competence in precision engineering and Liebherr's wider global reach.
