FactoryTalk Optix has been introduced in the Asia Pacific area by Rockwell Automation, Inc, the world's biggest corporation committed to industrial automation and digital transformation. FactoryTalk Optix is a contemporary, cloud-based human-machine interface (HMI) platform that enables users to build, test, and deploy applications from any web browser, at any time. It enables clients to realise their vision by using new levels of collaboration, scalability, and interoperability.
FactoryTalk Optix is one of the five main products of FactoryTalk Design Hub, which assists industrial businesses in transforming their automation design skills via a more simple, productive work environment. FactoryTalk Remote Access, in conjunction with FactoryTalk Optix, enables users to remotely access machines, controllers, or HMIs while adhering to industry cybersecurity regulations. Remote access enables on-demand remote help, installation, programming, upgrades, troubleshooting, and system and application maintenance.
As a result, design productivity is raised, time to market is reduced, and systems are less expensive to construct and maintain.
"I'm calling this release 'Visualization for Visionaries', because FactoryTalk Optix unlocks unprecedented collaboration and innovation through cloud-based engineering workflows. The result is visually stunning, data-driven, scalable solutions with seamless connectivity, which are faster to create and easier to maintain, to better support our customer's smart manufacturing efforts," said Adrian Giecco director, software and control, Rockwell Automation Asia Pacific.
