Gizmore is an Indian company that sells smart accessories, fitness equipment, and home audio equipment. The company has revealed its smartwatch plans, with the goal of producing and selling over 1.5 million wearables between 2023 and 2024. Gizmore must capture at least a 5% market share in India to accomplish this feat. For its smartwatches, the company has now announced a collaboration with Optiemus Electronics Limited (OEL). Gizmore has partnered with OEL to produce nearly 1 million smartwatches over the next 12 months.

Gizmore smartwatches are exclusively available on Flipkart and several pan-India retail stores. The company's products are also available for purchase on its official website.

Gizmore anticipates selling approximately 4 lakh smartwatches in fiscal year 2022-23. The company has also set a goal of quadrupling its smartwatch business from Rs 50 crore in the current fiscal year to more than Rs 200 crore in 2023-24. Optiemus Electronics will produce nearly 75% of the total volume of Gizmore smartwatches in the country under this new partnership in the coming years.

In collaboration with OEL, the company intends to manufacture its upcoming smartwatch models with AMOLED displays. Blaze Max, Vogue, and other smartwatch models are among them. Gizmore's collaboration with OEL is yet another step toward the company's commitment to the "Make in India" initiative.
