Raspa Pharma intends to establish an active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) production unit at the Industrial Area Rae Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh's Rae Bareilly district.

The proposed unit will take up 4.64 acres of land given by the UP State Industrial Development Authority.

The cutting-edge greenfield facility will be used to produce fermentation-based APIs such as immunosuppressants and cancer APIs. The plant's overall fermentation capacity will be 200 KLD.

Raspa Pharma is awaiting environmental permission, according to information shared with Projects Today.

Work on the project is expected to begin in November 2023, according to the business.
