Tech Mahindra's New Facility Aims to Boost AI-Driven Manufacturing Solutions

Tech Mahindra, a global entity in technology consulting and digital solutions across diverse industries, has unveiled a cutting-edge Manufacturing Experience Center at its facility in Sholinganallur, Chennai. The inauguration was officiated by Anand Mahindra, Chairman of the Mahindra Group, alongside Mohit Joshi, CEO & Managing Director of Tech Mahindra.

This center is designed to assist manufacturers in swiftly prototyping and scaling AI-driven innovations to address specific industry challenges, including high operational costs, inefficiencies in processes, disruptions in supply chains, and operational complexities.

Furthermore, it will serve as a venue for clients to visualize, test, and validate solutions with minimal risk prior to large-scale implementation, thereby accelerating development cycles and enabling businesses to evaluate their return on investment through enhanced operations in a controlled environment.

The six specialized hubs will focus on distinct industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, Process, CMM (Construction, Metals & Mining), and Smart Factory Services. These hubs will feature interactive demonstrations showcasing digital transformation journeys, illustrating how technology can enhance efficiency and assist manufacturers in cost reduction.

Additionally, the center will facilitate the development of Proof of Concepts and provide an immersive experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI/ML, robotics, AR/VR, digital twins, and smart factory systems. Clients will have the chance to interact with automation tools, predictive maintenance systems, and real-time analytics platforms.
